What does “All Ten-Four” mean?

While “Ten-Four” means “Message Received” or “Acknowledged” in law enforcement radio communications, “All Ten-Four” is used to convey that everything is clear or in order, or more simply, everything is okay.

Why do we help?

Every year, police officers respond to countless traumatic calls for help—domestic violence, child abuse, assaults, murders, and fatal accidents. No matter the outcome, these experiences stay with them for life. Yet, day after day, they continue to serve. Week after week. Year after year. But what happens when the badge finally comes off?

Of the 1.3 million sworn law enforcement officers in the United States, roughly 15-20% leave the profession each year—about 200,000 officers transitioning out of law enforcement annually. Despite their years of service and sacrifice for their communities, many find themselves without support when they leave. They lack funding for further education, assistance with career transitions, and often feel isolated as they lose the camaraderie of the profession. Many also face the daunting challenge of coping with post-traumatic stress, yet resources to help them are scarce or nonexistent.
As law enforcement veterans, we understand transitioning from law enforcement isn’t just a career change—it’s a shift in identity, purpose, and community. The challenges are real, and too many officers face them alone. At All Ten-Four, we refuse to let those who served be forgotten or left behind.  Together, we are helping those who answered the call.

Helping those who answered the call.
